Costs

I am a provider with Carefirst/BCBS plans. If you are out-of-network I can submit to your insurance for you or I can provide you a Super Bill for you to submit to your insurance provider. Please reach out to your insurance to see if they will cover some of the cost of treatment. I am happy to provide you with what you need to get reimbursed.

For self-paying clients, individual session costs are $200/session and Couples Counseling is $250/session. As a self-pay client (under the No Surprise Act) you have the right to have Good Faith Estimate. To calculate treatment costs you can multiply the session costs by the number of sessions you think you might need or want. Most clients continue therapy until their symptoms improve and they reach their goals. You can read more about the No Surprise Act here:  https://www.cms.gov/NoSurprises

Payments can be made prior to session unless you prefer to sign an authorization form that allows a card on file to be charged the full amount due at the end of each session.

Less Than 24 hour Notice Cancellation Fee/No Show Fee: There is a Cancellation Fee of $200 when client's cancel with less then 24 hours notice or do not show up for scheduled appointments (unless emergency or illness). I value timely cancellations so that other clients in need of a session can fill a cancelled spot.
